NCB Berhad网上的中文资料很少。先前想找找港口资料,找到的都是左边一些,右边一些残缺不全的数据。
我花了不少时间终于整理所有的资料。所以在此share出自己的NCB功课资料做个记录也让大家找查NCB时多一个参考。如发现错误,欢迎指正。
NCB 的业务很简单,它经营巴生港北港North Port(包括南港区)共26个泊位和离港箱运Logistic。
据最新的年报与最后几个季度季报内的资料(2011Q3)显示港口业务占了整体75%,Logistic为25%。
港口篇:
巴生港是马来西亚最大的港口,分南港、北港与西港。参考以下经我整理straight to the point的列表:

个人总结:
港口业务稳定,但一般上成长缓慢,只需Maintain & Upgrade。
它性质就好象飞机场一样,让船只停泊收费,另外出租设备给船务公司,提供货物起落服务,再收费。没有什么大事发生的话,财务相当安稳,袋袋平安。因此一般上公司内都是财务雄厚的。因为只要有国际货品贸易,就一定要用到码头上货卸货,尤其是这个全马最繁忙港口 -- 吧生港!
而吧生港上就数NCB Berhad与WestPorts Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.两大主人。WestPorts没有上市,想买吧生港口就只有选择NCB了。
虽然港口业务受国内外大环境出入口经济数据直接影响。但一般上股市内港口业务较其他如金融业等的抗跌性强。在得以分享港口盈利之余,NCB每年派息也相当的高,就如冷眼所说:
不是定存,胜过定存。
但当然如果WestPort上市,咱们单单纯粹以服务设备、港口吞吐量来看。我或许会跑路去买连香港首富李嘉诚也持有30%的WestPort咯!
